Rachel is a graduate of Duquesne University's Paralegal Institute where she excelled in legal writing and technology management. She also has experience assisting in the sealing and expungement of criminal records for clients of Land of Lincoln Legal Aid. Propelled by a strong value for fairness and equity, Rachel is committed to the firm's mission to serve individuals disproportionately impacted by the criminal justice system.
Prior to entering the legal field, Rachel spent seven years in the nonprofit sector contributing to the hunger relief and food recovery efforts of organizations like 412 Food Rescue and Eastern Illinois Foodbank. Her nonprofit experience cultivated strengths in digital marketing, corporate volunteerism, and program development. She also worked at an international faith based organization bringing leadership to cross-cultural engagement, young adult mentorship, and event planning.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Kent State University where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. She was also awarded a Legal Technology Certificate from the National Society for Legal Technology.
